With the days growing longer and temperatures gradually rising, it's definitely time to start thinking about spring. And, just like your clothes, your hair needs a seasonal change.

When we see a nice set of hair, we can say that maybe she's born with it, maybe it's a smart hair care routine. For some ladies, nice hair just happens, but for the rest of us, especially cancer patients undergoing chemo, things are not as easy. Whether that be using a different hairbrush, regulating how often you use your hairdryer, adding a vitamin to the mix, or sleeping on a silk pillowcase, there are some easy steps that can be done to reach healthy hair.

The possibilities of traveling to faraway places are not high with the quarantine still going on, but this time of year gives us much to look ahead to. While we might be psychologically ready to transition from winter to spring, our hair could require a little help.

As we enter the warmer seasons, you may start to notice a more adipose scalp, hair that’s lacking volume or your color may be disappearing faster than typical.
